Terms of Use
Nesta by TinyKite · Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. The service
Nesta is a private family messenger published by Tiny Kite LTD (company number 16825578, England & Wales). It lets the members of one household send messages to each other and manage who is in the household. Using Nesta requires an account.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be an adult to create an account and to set up a household. When you add a child, you confirm that you are that child’s parent or guardian, that you consent to Nesta processing the child’s information as described in the Privacy Policy, and that you are responsible for that child’s use of the app. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
Use Nesta to communicate with the members of your own household. Do not use it to harass, abuse, or harm anyone, to send unlawful content, to gain access to a household you are not invited to, or to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
4. Your content
The messages, photos, and files you send stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store and deliver them to the other members of your household so the app can work. You are responsible for the content you send and for having the right to send it.
5. Availability
We work to keep Nesta running reliably, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, change, or pause features to keep the app secure and working.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TinyKite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, from our account-deletion page, or by emailing us. Deletion follows the 30-day grace period described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we will change the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
